As the number of eligible candidates exceeds 40, there will be an election for Executive Committee 2023-2024 at the WYKPSA Annual General Meeting to be held at 3:00pm on 24 June 2023 (Saturday) at the School Hall of Wah Yan College, Kowloon.
The Election Rules and Procedures , and the Instrument of Proxy for the Annual General Meeting are applicable to the said election and meeting.
Please note that the Instrument of Proxy for the Election of Executive Committee Member (2023-2024) is voided and inapplicable. Members who would like to appoint any representative as proxy for and on behalf of them, please submit the Instrument of Proxy for the Annual General Meeting instead.
