According to the existing arrangement, the members of the School Management Committee of Wah Yan College Kowloon comprise, inter alia, a representative of the alumni (the “Alumni Manager”). Pursuant to the resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting 2010 of Wah Yan College Kowloon Past Students’ Association (the “Association”), the election arrangement of the Alumni Manager has been amended and the Alumni Manager shall be elected based on the principle of universal suffrage.

Up to 30 September 2010, the Election Committee has only received one registration form for election, which was submitted by Mr. Yu Chun Sing Sam (1983). According to the election arrangement for alumni manager adopted during the Annual General Meeting of WYK Past Students’ Association held on 29 May 2010, in the event that there is only one candidate for the alumni manager, that candidate will be automatically elected as the alumni manager. Our swimming pool is open now! Any past student of WYK may at one time bring with him not more than 5 family members or friends to use the pool. He should produce and hand in his Wah Yan Plus Card to the life guard on duty on arrival and collect it back on departure.
